Poultry----

--Poultry can be defined as domestic fowls including Chickens, Turkeys, Geese and ducks raised for meat or eggs and the word is also used for flesh of these birds used as food.   The domestication of poultry took place several thousand years ago. Production of eggs, meat are main aim of poultry. Although some birds are still kept in small flocks in extensive systems, most birds available in the market today are reared in extensive commercial enterprises. Poultry is the second most widely eaten type of meat globally.                                   Chicken---Chicken is the main poultry bird in all over the world.  India do it for commercial purpose.  Chickens are medium sized chunky birds with an upright stance and charactarised by fleshy red combs Males known as cocks are usually larger and females known as hens. Smaller scale to larger scale about 1800 chickens began to kept.

   In Tamilnadu chicken poultries mostly occupied in Erode district.  Namakkal is the most famous for poultry farms. Palladam in Tiruppur district is also an important place for poultries. Coimbatore and Pollachi are the another places of poultry farms.  In Pollachi area the poultry farms mostly arranged in coconut farms. The shadows of coconut trees and water management are the reason for these farms.  Namakkal and Palladam are the places which have fixed the rate of egg and meat.  Two varities of poultry farms situated here. One of them is for egg production and the other is for meat production. Eggs produced by poultry farms are exported to foreign countries. such like that the broiler chickens are also exported.  Chickens comes out from eggs are protected by safe instructions and then they will grow and have breed. Egg produced chickens have two times feed management also meat production chickens.  Chickens are called as Broilers. The broilers have a life time of 45 to 50 days. After 50 days the weight of the broilers have been degreased. So the broilers removed and marketed for 45 days.  Palladam broiler rate is the fixed rate in Tamilnadu. Like that Namakkal egg rate is the fixed rate in Tamilnadu. Government arranged bank loans for poultry farms, this is useful for farmers.

Chicken is main tasty food for all over the world.  Chicken food items such as chicken khorrma, chicken biriyani and chicken 65 are mostly liked by people. Amlet is the tasty food by eggs. Also eggs boiled and have to eaten is tasty item. chilly chicken and chicken fry are another tasty items. Chicken meat stalls mostly situated in cities and also in villages. Every home in Tamilnadu chicken is a pet bird. people mostly like this pet, even children can enjoy to play with this pet bird. So chicken is egg bird, meat bird and pet bird.                  

Cock fighting is said to be the worlds oltest spectater sport and may have originated in Persia 6000 years ago. Two mature males [cocks] are set to be fight each other and will do so with great vigour until one is critically injured or killed In Tamilnadu some more places cock fighting is going on nowadays also. Government did not accept the cock fighting . Law and order prevent the cock fighting . But some one do it for secret places. Huge amounts have been considered for this cock fighting every body. Some persons have a great interest for this cock fighting. Village areas are the suitable for this cockfighting. The rate of fighting cock is higher in rate such as lakhs of rupees.These fighting cocks bathed by the owner and kept by him carefully in their houses. These cocks picked by ropeT in its leg and feed ultimately.

Ducks--Duck is also a another poultry bird. Duck is the common name for a large number of species in the water fowl family Anatidae which also includes swans and geese. Domesticated ducks are ducks that are rased for meat and egg.  Many ducks are kept as pets for shows. These pets always with its owner.  The eggs of ducks are different from chicken eggs. These eggs are blue-green to white defending on the breed. Ducks can be kept free range in cages. Ducks enjoy to swimming water. They should be fed a grain and insect diet. Domesticated ducks are kept as pet in garden or backyard. In Tamilnadu duck poultry situated few more places. Some interested persons conducted this duck poultries. Duck meat is also tasty such as chicken meat. Also duck eggs tasty. Duck eggs costlier than chicken eggs because of its size.               Pigeon--

Pigeon------- pigeon is an another bird in poultry farms. Pigeon is quick flying bird. Pigeons and doves constitute the bird family Columbidae. The pigeons and doves are stout bodied birds with short necks. Seeds and fruit form the major component of the diets of pigeons and doves.  Pigeons have a great relationship with humans.  In ancient days these are Ambassader for humanity.  Passengers pigeon have a message for its leg pigged by human. This message sent to another person or country. It makes peace for two of them. So that pigeons called peace bird.  Former Prime Minister of India Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru liked peace and peace birds pigeons too much. These pigeons naturally lived in walls situated in wells. Wells are main places for its lifetime. Also have nests for few of them. Someone make it for poultry bird. These poultry situated few places in Tamilnadu such as Coimbatore district and more.  Pigeon meat is a medicinal food for humanity such as TB.  Egg is smaller in size and it is also a medicinal food. So we all give respect to this peace bird as a symbol of peace.  One more thing we all know is that the pigeons are always in group manner. They are alive not alone. Flying and feeding are always group in system. This is great message for humanity. If we do it anytime anywhere we all safe and comfort.  No wars, No fighting, and no loss in humanism.  Another one good habit for pigeons is in the early morning  they all arrived in cage and in the evening they are all come back to that particular cage .  This is a surprise one.
