                                                                                             Rabbits are mainly living creatures in agriculture lands. Mostly we have to see grass lands for its life cycle.Rabbits are small mammals in the family Leporidae. The European rabbit which has been introduced on every continent except Antartica. In many areas of the world rabbits are a part of a daily life as food, clothing and companion and as a source of a rtistic inspiration. Male rabbits are called bucks and females called does. An older term adult rabbit is called coney and young rabbit is bunny. A group of rabbits is known as colony or nest, Rabbits have long been domesticated.Beginning in the middle ages the European rabbit has been widely kept as livestock starting in Rome. Rabbits have muscled hind legs that allow for maximum force. Rabbits run on their toes to gain the optimal stride during locomotion. Rabbits that generate less force and less stress.          
In rabbit more fibres in a muscle the more resistant to fatigue. The ears are typically longer than they are wide. The ears of rabbits are different one of them is outer ear and the other is middle ear and the other one is inner ear. Rabbits are herbivores that feed by grazing grass forbs and leafy weeds. In consequence their diet contains large amount of cellulose which is hard to digest. Rabbits graze heavily in the evening time. Rabbits are incapable of vomiting. Because rabbits cannot vomiting. Rabbits are prey animals and are therefore constantly aware of their surroundings. For instance in Meditteranian Europe rabbits are main prey of red foxes badgers and more. Rabbits have been a source of environmental problems when introduced into the wild by humans.                                       
                                                                            
                                                                             In Coimbatore district we have to see rabbits in rural areas. Non cultivated lands are the living places of rabbits. Because they have to take their foods there. Night time is their pleasure time because of taking their food freely. In some places somebody hunting these creatures for meat. Rabbit mest is tasty food and also healthy food. Many recipies made by these meat such as side dishes namely Biriyani,fry and more. Rabbits are often used as a symbol of fertility.So we secure these animal.
