In records identified that the largest cashew tree covers about 81000 square feet and it is located in the city Natan, one of the city of Brazil. It is called only the name as Cashew Apple in Central America. This fruit contains only one seed in one fruit. It is cultivated only the commercial purpose of this seed. Fruits are liked by peoples but nut of this fruit is important than this fruit. Eaten raw this fruit and seeds for the purpose of cooking. The nuts of this fruit extracts from the fruit and the cashew nut inside the fruit separated by many methods of many peoples. The fruit is differenr taste than other fruits. So many of the peoples avoid to taste it.
Cahews are commonly used South Asia, China and Phillipines. In Phillipines it is called the name as Antipolo. In India this nuts roasted and used many items to eat. It is also called Rose Apple. In many places it is used as a machine to shell cashews. In some African countries manufactured Cashew milk for their demand. This milk is alternate of dairy milk there. Mature fruit used as eaten raw. Also it is used curries and also jams in Brazil. In Combodia this tree used as ornamentral for their culture. This fruit is yellow fruit whoose pulp and juice can be processed into a sweet. Cashew cheese or cashew butter is a food spread made from baked or roasted cashews. It is rich and creamy in flavour and when stored the oils and solids separate easily. First handpicked tree ripened and fallen cashews are trodden to gently extract and used the way of wine making and also mixed with alcohol to use as the drink in some places. In Tamil Nadu Cashewnut trees mostly seemed many places. Every homelands these trees as for their own use. But some places usedfor commercial and earn more money for harvest these fruits and nuts. Nuts roasted and the seeds extracted and then cleaned. Then these nuts packed with small packages and also big packing materials and marketed with their desire. In Tamil Nadu Panrutty and nearest places these trees planted and harvested these nuts and exported by their commercial purposes. This nuts used with the mixing of the sweets such as Lattu and other sweet items. Also the other item named Payasam used as for need to eat. Tamil culture mostly used these nuts for all cooking items. During festival times this nuts purchased by all peoples to make sweets used this nuts of mixing. Deepawali, Pongal festivals celebrated with many sweet items that mixed with this cashewnuts. So Cashewnuts are mostly need for Tamil culturye for their usage.
