Coconut oil is the milk of coconut palm. It is the family of Arecaceae and the Genus of Cocos. Used as food items such as cooking purposes. Also for cosmetics and medical uses as also detergent products for human use. It is extracted from coconut by wet or dry processing methods. Wet process is making by coconut milk while dry processes by coconut of dried coconut kernels of sun dried method. Wet processes methods of coconut is to be made for the proper harvesting coconuts of matured coconuts of all trees in the farm. It is the boiling method of ancient to nowadays for recover oil from coconut. It is now rare but it is the one of the method. Another method is different from first method. For the dry method require sun light for extract from the oil. Using sunlight to create cobra for this process. Copra refers to the dried coconut kernels from which coconut oil is expelled. Traditionally the coconut kernels are sun dried item of before the oil. The cobra is pressed or dissolved with solvents. Not only for cooking purpose also used as smoothy skin by ladies and also gents by these coconut oil. 


Refined oil is usually made from cobra and dried coconut kernel by heated hydraulic press. Hydraulic press is a machine press using a hydraulic cylinder. Another one method is Enzymatic which is produced by chemical reactions of substracts. Refined coconut oil has no taste as coconut taste. All tropical region countries used coconut oil. Philippines is the first place in this list while Indonesia and India in next place. Vietnam and Mexico also other countries used these coconut oil mostly. In Philippines it is used as a fuel in many places. Great advantages of these that it is used as a fuel. Coconut oil has been tested for use as a diesel engine fuel. It can be applied to power generators and transport using diesel engines. Health benefits of coconut oil- It is a tasty flavor of perfect ingredient and add many different products. It contains higher amount of nutrients such as Vitamin C also nutrition formation in it. Lauric acid is mostly in coconut oil and this is a natural source and it is a benefit of weight loss and metobolism. It is the most important one for skin and hair health for everybody.
